HI,
I am trying to configure my CRM2011 to use office365 for inbound and outbound email traffic but I am getting the HTTP Status 401.
it seems that this is a known issue and I need the patch KB2702300, as described https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmpowerobjects/archive/2012/05/04/microsoft-dynamics-crm-2011-office365-and-email-router-settings
been new to this I can't find a way to contact MS support other then having to pay for the support..
any help in getting the patch will be much appreciated.
