Can't close an Outlook Oportunity View

Hello there!

I've only one User that get this "trouble" I want know why:

When he's working with Outlook Integration with Dynamics, he can managment his Opportunities Records, but somes times (80% of the times...) when he open a opportunity ...this can't be close with (X) or Alt+F4, the only way to close that is closing ALL Outlook.

Any know why happened it?

Edit: Sorry I've see that my english fail before.

When User Pablo work with Outlook to Dynamics 2016 he can managment his records from opportunities (create, edit or close as won or lost...) but he can't close the tab of this Opportunity, so the only way to close this tab is closing the Outlook, So any know why it happend?
