Changing the size of the Package Label on NAV

Hi there.

My company has moved over to Microsoft Dynamics Nav and we seem to be having an issue with Printing Labels.

We are currently using a 4inch x 6inch label on a Data-Max O'Neil Printer (4208)

Is there any way to make these bigger so that it can fill out that label?

    Hi,

    You need to contact your NAV partner for the modifiaction. If you have developer license please let us know, then we can guide you on how to do it.

    Trevor,

    It is not a standard report and I believe it is part of the add-on. You need to modify the report and to modify you need to have development license or contact your partner.

    Hi Trevor Govender,

    Font size of NAV text box cannot be increased; but in the report, it can be.

    You need to edit the report with bigger font size and correct paper size.

    It's the Package/Pallet Labels when creating a Delivery Instruction.

    Which labels are you referring ? do you know which report you are printing ?

    Normally printing labels requires to correctly setup the size of the page on the printer. and on the report. This is not totally NAV-related.
