Click View > Layout. This would open Visual Studio.
In Visual Studio, you will get this option View > Report Data (NOT IN NAV).

You are trying to access the Layout. As in your screenshot, select View -> Layout, and then the Visual Studio will open with the Layout datasets.
If you want to see the Data Link between two Tables that you have added in NAV report, check the screenshot.
It shows the Data Link between Production Header and Sales Header.

HI I was trying to open MS Visual Studio - Report. Its get open but I cannot see "Rerport Data" menu options on NAV Reports designer to see data linking.

What do you mean by Report Data? Do you refer to Report Preview -> Help -> About the Report -> and the data?
