I am working on Event Management module of CRM. In event Management portal I am trying to customize the registration form, but till time no luck. It would be helpful if someone can help me to achieve this.

I'm not sure from your post exactly what you are encountering. This help link will walk you thru how to add fields to the registration form:

Hope this helps. If not, please provide more detail about what steps you are taking and what is occurring that is blocking you.
