Exporting all journal entries for the year

A request by the auditors has been made to gather all the journal entries for the year. Initially we were going to go through the UI and pull transactions by month. However, we have found that when exporting, there is a 50K row limitation and although it was pulling data, it was missing rows and would literally take two days to pull from our production environment. Another thought that came to mind to pull the data was using data management and export it there. My question is if we do it from here, what would be the correct entity or entities that store that information?

Hi,

For data management as Rashid mentioned you can use "General Journal account entry" entity. Alternatively, you can also try using Accounting source explorer if your using version 10.45 or above.

Hello,

Which localization are you using?
Sometimes Microsoft enables specific reports (or enables certain fields in the general reports) that show all transactions for the fiscal year, but this depends on the country.

Alternatively, you can copy the database of your environment from production to another one and ask a developer to create a SQL script to extract your transactions.

I think part of the issue was a setting limiting the records to 50K and now they are able to generate information through data management but also using Rashid's screenshot location. Thank you all for your follow ups on this.
