I am working on Onpremise CRM 2016 SOAP API, I have below queries:
1. How can I get supported object list for soap?
2. How can I retrieve metadata ?

Fairly that's weird limitation.
If you want anyway use Soap the only thing I can suggest is to use SoapLogger to build correct request - www.powerobjects.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-soap-logger-a-tool-that-can-greatly-simplify-writing-http-requests

I checked the node module you shared and I found that it is using REST WebAPI.
I can not use REST API and I have to use SOAP.
If you plan to use nodejs and CRM 2016 I would suggest to consider usage of WebApi instead of Soap. github.com/.../nodejs

I am working on integration project where I will consume the CRM endpoint using SOAP API in nodejs. I am not using any SDK for it.
That is why I need metadata to create Account, Contact, etc object dynamically.
