Hello Microsoft,

Our Client uses the full suite of Distribution Modules for manufacturing. Having said that, I think it is affecting the behavior of the following question received today: "I have tried to change a document status from active to hold in the document maintenance screen before the invoice has been posted and it will not allow me to do so. I have to go to the open batch and go in from that way. Why can’t I just do it at the document maintenance screen? I believe I could before [in SL7_SP4]."

Hello Everyone,

Following up on my original question, I tried this on a Demo Database and saw the behavior did not match what I stated. In other words, you could change a document's status from the Doc Maintenance screen accordingly. I then installed S-K Soft's eBanking application and then observed it customized the screen and changed its behavior depending on the document's "release" status and "pay by" field. I communicated this back to our Client and await to see if they have further questions.
