Hello, I have been trying different options to set up my CRM Online with my company's email exchange server (its not Outlook Online), but did not get any success yet. I followed couple of posts on this forum but that did not help too
Below are some details
1. I have created a new Email server profile (Settings -> Email Configuration -> Email Server Profiles. Here i am providing my username, pwd to connect to the exchange server
2. I have created a mail box with its primary email address same as my company's outlook email address.
3. I approved the email successfully. But when i do Test & Enable, i get errors. These are the same standard error that people have been getting in this forum
4. I also read about both outlook and crm should be under the same tenant. But i am unable to find that setting
Please help how do i fix this issue
