With turning on wave 1 2023 we have an issue with overwrite of application tabs been loaded in customer service app. this issue happens if new enhanced UI is on or off.
we open a contact record - open an existing case it opens in new tab but also opens in the client tab so now we have 2 case tabs.
I can confirm this does not happen in env where wave 1 is not enabled.
this issue does not happen if we open related activity to client or case it pops it own tab
I also note it doesn't open a session in the sitemap whereas it used to pre wave 1.
