Hello,
This feature recalculates the account distribution (main account + financial dimensions) on the invoice at submission time. It validates consistency with the account structure and returns an error at this stage, before proceeding to the approval request. Then, you can go forward with the approbation flow and use the main account / financial dimension present into the document as workflow criteria as well:
For you demo, you can do a workflow with main account or financial dimension as criterion to drive your flow.
