Convert OBM Segment to RTM Email Segment

Is there a way to convert an Outbound Email Segment to a Real Time Marketing Email Segment? It's not possible to add an OBM segment when creating a RTM segment, which is why I ask.

Convert OBM Segment to RTM Email Segment

Hi Partner,

Unfortunately, we are unable to convert OBM segments to RTM segments or add OBM segments to RTM segments.

They are both by-design.

Perhaps you have to accomplish the goal of adding OBM segments by designing and adding attribute groups to the newly created segments.
