Hi Vinod,

Are you referring to setting up new financial dimensions or using them in transactions?

I assume that you refer to the setup of them.

To avoid that people don't enter new findim values that can subsequently be used in transactions, restrict the usage rights of your people. This prevents them setting up what you might not like.

there is a parameter on financial dimension values for it. It is the "do not allow manual entry" field.
