Time field format on pages

Hello,

Is there any way to change the default time format (4:00:50.193 PM) to Hours, Minutes, Seconds instead (4:00:50 PM)?

I know there is a way using FORMAT() but then, the value type will change to text instead of time.

    Hi Alex,

    You cannot archive it with standard property. Some useful properties are removed from NAV 2013 such as "Font Name", "Font Size", "ForeColor", ... including "Format" that can solve your problem.

    It is pity that you should use FORMAT function and convert it to text :-(

    I do not think there is a function available to do this. As MMV said you can use the text format and since this is just to display the details, it won't be a matter much.

    Hi,

    I don't think there is any property which allows you to have that format without using the FORMAT function.

    There is not issue at all. Just wondering if there is any hidden property I can use. One example is DecimalPlaces property allows to assign number of decimals if wanted.
