Re-create Check Stub not listing vouchers

Hi,

When upgrading to GP2013, it appears that the new Re-create Check Stub feature will only list vouchers on NEW checks printed on GP2013. When we attempt to use it for checks printed prior to the update, the header information prints on the report, but no line items. It works fine for new checks. Is this a true statement? Thanks.
