Hi,

How to inactivate vendor user for D365 and MS Entra? I tried to do it through the workflow but system inactivated only vendor user in D365 F&O?

Unfortunately, you've posted in the wrong forum—this one is for Dynamics RMS. You might want to resubmit your question in the correct forum or ask a moderator to move it.

You are correct, though: if you're following the Dynamics 365 vendor collaboration guide, Dynamics 365 F&O will not remove the user from Entra ID. You’ll need to handle that removal manually in collaboration with your IT department.
