My Talent machine is not showing current legal entity's workflow, as it shows DAT environment workflows into legal entity of NMSA.

What appears in your second screenshot looks like a bug. Did you right-click and select view details without selecting workflow? But this should not affect the right workflow choice.
After activating the 'worker courses’ workflow, can you select it from the workflow drop-down box in the second screenshot? Now, if you view details again, it should show you the correct information.

As per your request, I perform that functionality, but still showing same issue.
What options will appear when you select in the drop-down box of workflow? Is it the workflow in the second screenshot?
Could you show me the screenshot like below?
It shows as a blank record in drop down of workflow.
Workflow should be enabled in course is Worker course registration.
