Hi is there an equivalent accrual scheme in Microsoft GP? Looking to set something up, but can't find anything

    RE: Microsoft GP Accrual Scheme

I assume you are looking to Vacation and sick accruals.  You can accrue in Payroll, or in Human Resources if you have it installed.  You would use one or the other.  In Payroll, there is a VAC/SICK tab on the employee card, where you can accrue by 'hours worked' or by a fixed or set number of  hours per pay period, and mark the paycodes that should accrue.  Payroll is pretty straight-forward.  However, HR has more options where you can have stop/start dates and have the hours automatically increment to a new level using a schedule based on months/years worked.  There are 4 types of accruals in HR, including a fixed amount per pay period, per hours worked, a 'post once' option and an Interval option, as well as two maximums (hours earned per year, and 'at any given time').   Many like HR for the schedules, so employees will automatically increment when their seniority date reaches a new level.  You can check then out with these links:

    I hope that helps.
