Hello All,

EventLog_5F00_20191007_5F00_2.txt

We are currently doing an upgrade for a customer from NAV2013R2 to Business Central On-Premises. This customer has an add-on for document capture 4.50.

We are following the guidelines described in this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-nav/upgrading-the-data

We get the following errors when executing task 12 from the link above (NAV2013R2 to CU02NAV2018).

ERROR 1: see attached file

We had a look at the blog below, but it did not solve the error.

https://markbrummel.blog/2017/12/14/nav2018-upgrade-issue-with-sync-navtenant/

ERROR 2: "When the TableSynchSetup.Mode::Copy mode is used in an upgrade codeunit for synchronizing a table, the upgrade table can contain a subset of fields of the original table. The fields and the primary key of the upgrade table must match those in the original table. The following errors must be fixed: Data in the fields 'Direct Debit Mandate ID' in the original table 'Sales Header' cannot be saved in the upgrade table 'UPG Sales Header'. Please make sure that listed fields are present in the upgrade table and they match equivalent fields in the original table in terms of their design."

We added the Direct Debit Mandate in the UPG Sales Header and we get the error below:

When the TableSynchSetup.Mode::Copy mode is used in an upgrade codeunit for synchronizing a table, the upgrade table can contain a subset of fields of the original table. The fields and the primary key of the upgrade table must match those in the original table. The following errors must be fixed: Upgrade table 'UPG Sales Header' cannot have fields which have a different design in the original table 'Sales Header': 'Direct Debit Mandate ID'.

ERROR 3:  The following SQL error was unexpected: There is already an object named 'Basis bedrijf$UPG Posting Exch_ Column Def' in the database.

Can you please advise how we can fix the above errors?

Regards,

Rishta
