Can not login VPN user To GP Server

Im getting mentioned below error Please need assistance to solve this issue my user is VPN user

    Is the VPN connection stable? You really shouldn't be connecting to GP over a VPN using the GP app -- any number of things could go wrong and there might not be enough bandwidth to keep the connection alive.
     
    The best and safest way is to set up a remote desktop server and run the GP app on that server. Then have the user or users sign into the VPN and connect to the remote desktop server.

    If you have an antivirus, they often use specific firewalls to filter your internet traffic. In some cases, these can block the VPN connection. Depending on your antivirus provider, you’ll need to toggle the firewall settings or disable this feature entirely.
