Hi Preeti, I have set up a flow to post a message on teams channel when a new Lead is created by a specific user as below. But it's not working. What am i doing wrong? Could you please help? Thx!
Hi Vighnesh,
You can create flow as follow:
1. Set trigger as Dynamics 365 When a record is updated.
2. Select organisation and Entity as "Lead"
3. Add condition:
If status is equal to 1 ( as per CRM Status value for qualified is "1")
4. Add action :
Define the way you want to send a mail. You can either go for creating a new record in CRM Email activity or directly from outlook.
