    First you can't do it with option field. But you can achive this work around

    Here is a good sample on report 94 Dim selection, you can look at it.

    You have to add code field

    create a table (only one field) and page source with this table and  insert the option values in this table,

    write some code in the lookup you can look at report 94

    Or you can add boolean field for this mission if there is less option.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Is this the code you are mentioning for:

    GetSelectedDim(UserID2 : Code[50];ObjectType : Integer;ObjectID : Integer;AnalysisViewCode : Code[10];VAR TempSelectedDim : TEMPORARY Record "Selected Dimension")

    SETRANGE("User ID",UserID2);

    SETRANGE("Object Type",ObjectType);

    SETRANGE("Object ID",ObjectID);

    SETRANGE("Analysis View Code",AnalysisViewCode);

    IF FIND('-') THEN

     REPEAT

       TempSelectedDim := Rec;

       TempSelectedDim.INSERT;

     UNTIL NEXT = 0;

    Can you please suggest more on this.
