linking fields to database

Is there a way to know from which table the value in a field is obtained?

Eg : the unit cost field in the sales transaction window.

I have been trying to use the  DATABASE diagrams in the SDK but when clicking on a link a page opens up with cloured boxes and nothing can be seen. I then click on "enable blocked content" and nothing happens.

any help appreciated.

thanks.

The cost should be $3,000 USD. In GP 2013 the Customization Suite contains Integration Manager as well as Modifier hence the higher cost.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have GP Business Ready 2010.

Business Ready Licensing. GP 2010 had BRL Advanced management and BRL Business Essentials. If you go into CustomerSource you can see for what you are licensed. If you are on GP 2013 it is called the Customization Suite.

You can get the modifier to gp 2010 somehow because it is available in the customization sub-menu. It is just greyed out. Any idea how much it costs?

    Thanks for your help

The Customization Suite only became available with GP 2013. If you can log into CustomerSource and check your registered modules look for Customization Site License. You may be able to go to Tools>Setup->Registration and click that module to activate it.

For GP 2013, the customization pack cost is $6,000. I don't know about 2010 but I think the cost for the customization pack should be same for 2010 also. Please check with your partner.
