Hi,

One of the users was trying to generate a GL Batch Register > unposted batches and once she clicks on 'Load Template' it shows her a message box saying

System Message 6570 you do not have proper access rights.

Not sure how to provide permission for this user?

Dear Jeff,

You could have the user create another template and see if they have access rights. I think all you need is access to the report.

And if ever for some reason her access got removed, where/how do I restore this for future use?

Not sure if this was a template that the user has access before or not. I believe she has access to the report since she's the primary user.

Dear Jeff,

You can delete the template and recreate it. Did the user have access before?

Do they have access to the report, can they run it without the template?
