Hi guys,

I know this question has been asked already in community, but it's driving me crazy for past 3 days. I couldn't even guess a solution. If anyone has solved this issue let me know the solution.

Hi,

Are you using the PO Approval WF or Purchase Requisition Approval ? in either way, did you specify in the WF definition an alternate final approver (check the box "User Alternate Final Approver" and select a user name with the lookup icon).
