After installing a Microsoft Dynamics GP Client on a new Terminal Server, I ran GP Utilities to complete the installation. I received an error message that there was a problem ascertaining Version information, and directing me to check the duinstall.log file for more information.
The duinstall.log file contained about 50 lines with an error message similar to:
Failure encountered ON 3/22/2017 at 2:32:49 PM. Error: Product 2992 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.1360.
Has anyone encountered this situation? Were you able to determine a cause and a cure?
