Not able to load 'UserSessionService' on WCFTestClient in Dynamic Ax server itself.

Hi,

I am trying to load 'http://AX2012R2A:8101/DynamicsAx/Services/UserSessionService' service on WCFTestClient in Dynamic Ax server, but it can not able to load.

Error Message : Failed to add a service. Service metadata may not be accessible. Make sure your service is running and exposing metadata.

Error Details : c:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\Test Client Projects\10.0\5da1e5d3-f1a9-4e79-868b-5f8f7c3cbeea\Client.cs(812,73) : error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Application' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

Does anyone know why 'UserSessionService' service is not able to load?

It's a problem in the test client. Instead of using it, create a new an application in Visual Studio and add a service reference - it works all right there.

I managed to reproduce your problem (in AX2012 R2 CU7 with VS 2010), but I don't have time to debug it right now. I'll take a look later, if nobody offers any solution.
