Hi All,
I create one Customize functionality and deploy on the Client machine environment with Package name TEST and version v. 16.0.0.191. now I am some made changes in the current Customize functionality in the developer environment with build package is v. 16.0.0.192. Then how can I update the Package v. 16.0.0.191 to v. 16.0.0.192 on the Client Machine environment using Power shell command?

If there are no breaking changes then you have to use power shell to publish and synchronize (it will automatically install). If you have introduced breaking changes then you should have added upgrade codeunit. Then you have to publish, synchronize, run data upgrade and install.
