I have deleted Employees in D365 (Human resources > Workers > Employees), and they are still showing up as a "Person" in the User Page (System administration > Users > Person). I didn't realize that deleting the employee, would remove all history and I would be unable to remove them as a Worker/Person.
Is it possible to recover? Or is it possible to even see what was deleted?

Hello Michelle,
I understand that you delete a worker, but you are still seeing the work associated with the user. You are wondering what was deleted when you removed the work.
Can you confirm how you deleted the worker? Please provide the pathing that was used to delete the worker.
Currently there is not away to delete a worker that has been used in the system. You can terminate an employee that would end the employment for that employee. You would still be able to see the employee in the Past Workers list page – Human Resources | Workers | Past Workers
Are you able to still see this worker in that form?
Also once you assign the Worker to the User, that worker will always be tied to the user, you cannot remove a worker from a user. Please let me know if you have any questions.
