I have a view related cases
I use the case entity, I then have a case players entity with all the participates part of a case and their roles, each have their own views of course
I want to create a view that pulls a particular case and all the players of that case with a particular role
how do I do this
I am pulling all cases with players that have a particular role so far and that is not what I want
I am having trouble with filtering

I created a intersecting entity to create a parent child relationship then i was able to filter on the role and the related case

Hi,
I think you want to start with the case players entity and create a view that includes the role and the case (parent entity field). This will allow you to display all the fields in the view and you can filter the view by the specific case and the case player roles you desire. You can also include this as a subgrid on the parent entity to display all the case players there.
