Hi Shilpi,
Since it is PROD environment, you can't refresh the datasets.
Try re-deploying the report only and see if that resolves your issue.
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)

Please let us know if the issue was resolved and mark the correct answer(s) as verified.
Could you try deleting the report from the Reporting service Manager and try deploying the report again from AX?
Please provide the following details -
1. Version of AX 2012.
2. Any recent code changes promoted to Prod?
3. Are you able to reproduce the issue on Dev, or is it limited to Prod only?

Is this a customized report?
Please try restarting Reporting services once as well to see if that resolves the issue.
