delete or inactivate a Surcharge in Costing Sheet

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the deactivation of a surcharge cost in consting sheet.

I have , basically 2 rules: 1) calculation of OVH cost of 5% valid for all products, 2) for a specific product I have 3% of OVH cost.

Now I want to delete the specific rule for this product , so I can have the general rule applied also to him.

How I can do that ? of course without change the % on the specific product
