As per 2nd link in the shared website (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/admin/use-organization-insights-solution-view-instance-metrics), we can see analytics from admin center, admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/analytics
Click on analytics to see the details
you don't need to install any solution just go to your powerapps admin platform

I tried this link but I can't download Organizational Insights solution. because this link appsource.microsoft.com/.../mscrm.04931187-431c-415d-8777-f7f482ba8095 not working.
