ReportWe found that on the schedule board under Resource scheduling (Resource Scheduling -> Schedule board) , there is an option called “ Open Tab Settings” under Scheduler setting, where we can give custom fetchXML query for filters etc. (Please refer screenshot 1 attachment).
In our instance, we have made appointment entity as a schedulable entity. If I go to appointment entity and click on “Book” button to open schedule board, in this page, under Scheduler setting, there is no option / button called “Open Tab Settings”. (Please refer screenshot 2 attachment).
