The business I work for has licensed D365 for Sales and PSA. They now want to onboard Talent. At https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/talent/provisioning-talent we see that Talent is provisioned through LCS. We also read that while provisioning Talent we need to select an environment AND that to view existing environments or create new environments, the tenant admin who provisions Talent must be assigned to the PowerApps P2 license. When we check the PowerApps pricing page https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/ we read that there are four licenses for PowerApps. One of them is PowerApps for Dynamics 365, which indicates that it includes everything that is included in the PowerApps Plan 2 license plus more. Also, when reviewing the PowerApps licensing overview page at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/powerapps/administrator/pricing-billing-skus we read that the Dynamics 365 for Sales and PSA licenses include PowerApps Plan 2.
Sorry for this long background, the question really is: a business that has D365 for Sales/PSA and wants to install Talent, does it need to acquire PowerApp P2 licenses or does it have them already?
