I have a Field Service scheduling question...
I would like to know if there is a way to change characteristics or skill for a resource schedule. For example, the resource has this characteristic (or skill) on mondays and tuesdays but not the rest of the week....
Were trying to find a way to simplify on-site and video meetings without having to create two resources for the same person...
Suppose the resource is working remotely two days of the week and on location the rest of the week...
Some requirements are for video meeting and some for "at location" meeting... We would like to schedule a video meeting, for example, when the resource will be remote... and on-site meetings when the resource will be at the office....
What we did was to create two resources for the same person... One of on-site meeting and the other for video meeting. Then, we have to create two different schedules.... Which is not perfect and forces us to use other means to see the real resource allocation...
Any thoughs ?
