Our business has been acquired by a larger competitor who will no longer use D365 (they're an SAP shop). What are our options for archiving the entirety of our AX 365 F&O database, including documents, for archiving purposes? The IRS and several States require that you maintain all data for 3-7 years for audit purposes. We need to be able to maintain historical data, and query it. However, we will not be actively using D365 for ongoing transactions.
