Not able to create a PO post Jmeter Script Record

I am trying to configure the Jmeter script to create a PO but it's not completing the PO creation after recording and getting the Authorization error.
Please let me know is there anything is needed to take care extra here to complete the configuration.
 
Currently using the Non-MFA enabled user account to record the Jmeter script.
