We are unable to print the Employers T4 

CRA adjusted their forms and nothing lines up on the GP report....and the only support GP offers is for us to purchase reports from a 3rd party....??

Am I getting this straight?

Does anyone else not have this issue...I got the forms right from CRA...

2 records are printed on each form...top prints fine 

but the bottom does not line up.....and our only support is to purchase reports from a 3rd party???

seriously..this is what we get when we pay for maintenance and support of the product??

    Finally figured it out...user had printed forms where abobe defualts to print to fit

    changed setting to print to actual size...and viola..small tweaks and it all works.

    So our clients here all download the PDF from CRA and print them on paper, then re-run them on the 'new' form.

    Since CRA stopped sending small amounts this was the best solution.

    Since you can no longer get more than 50 T4's from CRA, I printed one from their website, made a bunch of copies and used that.

    it lined up fine on the T4 2013...but they are no longer available from CRA

      I don't find that they are that much out of alignment to worry about.

    Just curious, what is the body size set to?  Mine, that is working and printing correctly is set to 394

    I modify this to fit the top part of the Employers T4..but then the bottom part of the form does not line up

    I modify to fit the bottom part of the form...then the top does not line up???

    At this point you actually have to move the fields independantly - not as a MASS - it is a bit more picky, but that is the only way.

    Leave the Top alone, then adjust the bottom fields as needed.

    I have had to toss the entire file, and start from scratch if I try to move them on mass.  So I only move the bottoms one at a time.

    I know that...I have edited several reports with report writer...it is just that 2 records prin per page so when you ajust the top..it also moves the bottom...which is the issue

    I can align the top record just fine...then the bottom is not aligned...

    anyone have any tips??

    If the problem is that they do not line up, you can go into the report writer and move fields around
