Hi folks,

I cannot open an invoice in Receivables Transaction Inquiry because of the error "This document has been removed from Sales Order Processing history."

When I went to try and fix it GP wouldn’t let me void the posted transaction because The document is locked and cannot be modified.
A document cannot be modified once the tax return with which it has been associated has been approved or filed.

Please advise.
