Is it possible to track or differentiate between someone that subscribes via the website form or someone that subscribes through a text message or email campaign?
Hi Partner,
Could you share how do you use text message or email campaign for subscription?
If you would like to send text message from customer journey, you could take following blog as reference:
https://community.dynamics.com/365/marketing/b/dynamics-365-for-marketing-community-blogs/posts/firetext-sms-
As far as I know, recipients manage their subscription by opening link in marketing email, and add or remove their subscription list by checking/unchecking corrensponding checkbox.
You can find how to create subscription lists and subscription center in this article:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/set-up-subscription-center

Hi dfgdhsjjffj,
I think that tracking functionality for GDPR may be of use for you. As you can see from the screenshot, there is a "source" column in the table and it should show where the consent came from (eg in this case it was "Contact form").
hope this helps

Hi Elena,
Thanks that looks promising. Is this the only place that you're aware of that has a "source" column?
