Process Manager don't process the sales orders without re save it

We update Dynamics SL from 7.0 SP1 to Dynamics SL 2011 FP1, when we run (4040000 Screen) Process Manager, the sales order don't be processed. But if we enter in (4010000 Screen) Sales Order and save again, it is proccessed the next time that the process manager is started. There is something to be updated?
