Hi All,
Today we've started seeing an issue, whereby users are not seeing a specific app that they would normally use. I've checked the app and under the manage roles the users all have roles that should give access to the app.
Has anyone else had this? This has just started today so I am wondering if this has something to do with Team Licences and the entities they can access. I should add this is a custom app rather than an out of the box one.
Many Thanks in Advance
Mark
Hi Mark!
Users who have existing Team Member licenses purchased during or after October 2018 will be restricted to this set of designated apps; these users will no longer be able to access Customer Service Hub, Sales Hub, or custom apps.During the early-access phase of the new Dynamics 365 Team Members license, users who have the new license will be able to use the designated Team Member apps in addition to all existing apps. However, after license enforcement is turned on with the 2020 release wave 1 build, apps that users aren't entitled to use—such as Customer Service Hub, Sales Hub, and custom apps—won't be accessible to them. We recommend that you test your Team Member scenarios and migrate any customizations to the designated apps as needed.

I hope it helps to do a smooth transition.
Hello Mark,
The behaviour that you are reporting, looks related to the Team Member License Enforcement.
What does this enforcement include?
Enforcement on January 31st, 2021 is associated basically to:
- display the 3 team Member apps (Sales team Member, Customer Service team Member, Project Resource Hub) to all Dynamics 365 CRM Environment.
- remove/prevent displaying the rest of the Out of the Box applications (Sales Hub, Customer Service Hub) as well as Custom Apps (Canvas/Model Driven) that do not have an app pass.
