Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 OLE container opens painfully slow - published with Citrix XenApp 7.5

Hello -

I have been testing GP 2013 with Citrix XenApp 7.5. I have encountered one issue thus far. When I go to open the OLE container, it opens very slowly, it also closes very slowly. 21 seconds to open, 21 seconds to close. Once the attachment icon shows, I can double click on the attachment and the document opens immediately. When I RDP into the GP server and run GP, OLE container responds very quickly. One note, this happens with multiple users on different computers, it is not associated with one user account.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have Citrix Support engaged in the problem. At this point, it appears to be directly related with the ICA connection.

If it is fast when you are RDP'ed into the server that tells me its probably more than likely a network delay. Have you done any network tracing?
