Error dynamic 365 report extension is not installed on this computer

I want to install srs connector of crm 365, but after run setup file give me below error:

“dynamic 365 report extension is not installed on this computer.”

While microsoft dynamic crm report authoring extension already installed!

Microsoft Dynamic Server version 8.2.0002.0112

Dynamic Report extension version 8.2.0002.248

Also trace log file

Error| Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions is either not installed, is installed for a different user, or this update is not compatible with the version that is installed. Reasons for incompatibility include mismatched language or platform (32-bit versus 64-bit).

Any idea?
