Hello Team,
I am using the storeProcs 'Tasoplineivcinsert' to update the SOP line Items only. It seems to be when the line Item get update for Multi Currency Transactions it goes and create new Exchange Rate too.
Is there any way we can stop it?
FYI- I do not want to use the eConnect C# to just update the line as I have to pass all the information i.e. Header and Line Details. Currently I am updating the Location only using 'Tasoplineivcinsert'.

I am at this point searching for some obvious plan.
From what Microsoft tells me if you set UpdateIfExists on the line you must also set UpdateExisting on the header. This forces eConnect to completely rebuild the document. I will be honest this was a painful experience. You set fields and then perform an import and see what works and what does not work. Eventually you will have a working solution.

Much appreciated for your reply. I am doing the update only on line items for Location change. Do you still think it recreate the Header Record as well as inert new Exchange Rate in GP?

I had a similar issue when all I wanted to do was update quantities. I found just calling Tasoplineivcinsert was not enough. I have to insert the header as well.. It seems that eConnect will delete the header and reinsert it so it is almost as if you were creating the invoice for the first time.
