Importing rdlc file in business central

Hello, 
 
Does anyone know what's the solution of this problem ? I'm trying to import a rdlc report through custom report layouts 
I want to change the rdlc without deploying code 
in BC 27 it's not working anymore with this error

    Hi, It's clear that there's a problem with this layout file. I suggest downloading it again, modifying it, and then importing it.
    PS: Business Central 2025 wave 1 (BC26): Validate report layouts for errors as an admin (Check report layout without running)

    Hello,
     
    BC 27 is stricter. The RDLC you upload is not valid XML (empty/corrupt/wrong file).
    Re-export a proper .rdlc (must start with <Report …>), or switch to user-defined layouts. Custom layouts are obsolete.
