Hi James. Assuming you are using asset properties...a few options come to mind.

    1. Depending on how many property types you use (if it is many, this will be unmanageable), you can add attributes on the work order to collect the different property logs and then add a flow to add a property log for the corresponding property type, for that asset on the work order. This works if you collect lets a couple of properties but isn't a scalable model if you have many types of properties you collect.

    2. There are also ways to add the property log subgrid to the work order form, and then users can just click "new property log" from the subgrid to update the values. For this second one, hopefully there are partners on the thread who extend field service to offer their best practice, whether it's adding a relationship from the property log table to the work order, to allow it to be added as a subgrid and filtered by related asset, or adding some filter logic on the subgrid to filter that way.

    3. Lastly, you could always click the asset record from the WO and do it from there.

    Hi Dan,

How can I add a property log sub grid in work order to show the property of that particular asset which is selected in that work order.

    Thanks
