Contact Center standalone app missing

Hello,
we do have Customer Service app with Omnichannel enabled and configured, including Whatsapp/SMS/Webchat channels. 
 
We added few Dynamics 365 Digital Contact Center licenses which we need to use with different teams of business users for messagin gonly, but we dont have Contact Center app installed. And it not anywhere in solutions available. How do we get standalone Digital Center app without full Customer Service functionality
