Courses in AX 2012 r3

Hi everyone,

I'm learning AX 2012 r3 and would like some help please.

I've create a course and linked it to a skill, when I add a participant with the status passed I would expect to then go to that worker and see his profile has been updated to reflect the new skill.... this is not happening! I am missing something?

Having read up on the training material course 80538 I believe I have my answer.

"The skills and certificates are not automatically updated for the confirm participants."

Seems a bit strange as the competency flows into the Worker after you close the course, just not the attached skills!
